About Us
Two hundred years ago, New England was the heart of Christianity in America. Today, the cities and towns of the Northeast rank among the lowest in the nation for church attendance and professions of faith in Jesus Christ. More and more, in matters of the gospel, this corner of the country is regarded by some as an “unreached people group.” Harvest Bible Church seeks to display the glory of God through the establishment of a vibrant gospel witness. Our desire is to be faithful to believe and proclaim the gospel in such a way that will radiate the light and love of Jesus Christ throughout the Gilmanton-area community. Our long-term goal is to become “the Antioch of New England”—a mature church that trains up men and women to do the work of ministry. We desire to reach unbelievers with a saving gospel, restore and strengthen the backslidden and disenfranchised, and equip and encourage the mature saints unto godliness. From within a healthy body of believers, we seek to send out missionaries, evangelists, pastors, teachers and church-planters to further the kingdom of God throughout New England and the world.
