About Us
The Royal Bermuda Regiment (RBR) is the home defense unit of the British Overseas Territory of Bermuda consisting of a single 420-strong reserve infantry battalion. It was formed in 1965 upon the amalgamation of the all white Bermuda Volunteer Rifles and the black Bermuda Militia Artillery. The RBR has been embodied on average once every two year in response to crises both natural and manmade.
